Purple with tints of violet and good viscosity. Ripe blackberry, ripe cherry and bitter-sweet juniper, with subtle toasty aroma of dark chocolate and fine vanilla rounding out the bouquet. On the palate the wine displays a mineral character with mature, well-integrated tannins. The fruitiness of the bouquet translates to the palate.

Also available as a magnum (1.5 l).

Roasted or grilled beef, lamb or braised veal, fine game and game bird dishes, strong cheeses.
