Colour ranges from very dense deep purple with violet highlights to almost black. A very well-structured bouquet with aromas of plum and cherry, as well as subtle floral notes, fine cedarwood, a touch of mocha and mild spices. On the palate, its excellent structure combines seductively with dense, ripe tannins and very good length. Intense fruit and delicate spice aromas in the finish which give one a taste of "eternal love".

Also available as a magnum (1.5 l) and a double magnum (3 l).

Fried or grilled dark meat dishes or fine game and robust game birds, pies and casseroles, râgout, dishes containing fine mild spices, mild savoury cheeses.
