A diverse variety of biologically friendly grown herbs are cultivated on the Estate, thriving in the extreme Mediterranean climate. The herbs are grown in open fields between September and May, with winter production utilizing heated tunnels to ensure availability throughout the year. Lavender flourishes all year round, flowering in mid-November, and is harvested in December for its essential oil which is produced on the Estate. All herbs are processed and packaged at ALLÉE BLEUE and are sold in straight or mixed pre-packs to suit individual customer requirements. ALLÉE BLEUE'S HERBS are popular in the restaurant, hotel, wholesale and retail industries.
